We rebate thousands of dollars to our clients, typically 1 to 1.5 % of the purchase price plus
any additional bonuses, incentives or gifts.
As you search MLS Listings on this site, notice our buyer's rebate based on a full price offer.
The amount shown represents the commission due to Buyer's Real Estate as the selling agent
over 1.5% of the listed price. (Bonuses and incentives are not included in this figure)
Why we offer our clients a rebate
By accepting the same rate of commission on all properties, the financial incentive to
show one property over another is eliminated. Buyer's Real Estate presents all the
information on all properties without prejudice.
Properties are listed on the MLS with various sales commission agreements in place. A Buyer's
agent may receive a commission of 1.5% on the sale of one property and 4% on another one sold
for the same price. Sellers may offer closing bonuses or gifts as incentives to get more sales
exposure. Listing agents working as dual agents can double end their own listings and make
twice the commission. Properties listed with higher commission rates may be more aggressively
marketed by listing agents and shown more frequently by selling agents. Some agents or agencies
will not show properties with low commission rates.
We are committed to saving you money
Since real estate agents are paid on commission, negotiating a lower price for the buyer means
the agent is paid less on the sale. At Buyer's Real Estate all of our agents work extra hard to avoid leaving any of your money on the
negotiation table. Negotiating a lower purchase price is put back where it belongs,
in the common best interest of both the buyer and the agent. We never ask for more commission
than the seller has already agreed to pay in the listing.
