Our 14 ft. Isuzu moving truck is available for local use within
Monterey County on a first come, first serve basis to all clients
who have purchased property through us.The truck is easy to
operate and comes equipped with an automatic transmission,
loading ramp, refrigerator dolly, and moving blankets.
After your move, we encourage you to use the truck to help with
community projects, such as a non-profit or theater group event.
Just give us a call and ask us to schedule it.
We never charge rental fees. All we ask you to do is sweep out
the truck and refill the tank with gas.
Truck Use Policy
- Available for use within Monterey County.
- Available to all of our clients, past and present that have
successfully closed an escrow using Buyer's Real Estate
as their agent.
- Available on a first come-first serve basis with priority given
to clients at close of escrow to assist with their move.
- Clients will be required to sign a standard rental form
provided by our leasing company prior to use. There are
no rental fees.
- Copies of valid drivers licenses and proof of insurance
cards for all intended drivers must be provided. The
person or persons signing the standard rental form will
be held responsible for any damage.
- For the purposes of insurance, the truck is considered a
rental vehicle. The driver's insurance is considered the
primary insurance in case of an accident. All claims must
be submitted to the driver's insurance company as part of
the agreement Buyer's Real Estate has with the leasing
company. If your insurance carrier will not cover the
damages you may be responsible for up to a $2,500.00
deductible. Call your insurance company to make sure you
are covered for rental vehicles.
- Be sure to inspect the truck by doing a thorough
walk-around before you take it. If you see any
damage that was not noted on the form you initialed,
YOU MUST NOTIFY US before you drive it or you may
be held responsible.
- Clients are asked to sweep out the back and refill the
tank with gas prior to return.
- Maximum of three uses per year.
- Maximum of 250 miles for your move and 75 miles for
other uses. Additional miles will be billed at $1.00
per mile.
